Ankle Exercise

This ankle exercise helps with common ankle problems such as lingering pain from old strains and sprains, ankle turns and plantar fasciitis. It uses both stretching and strengthening techniques for your ankle. It should only be undertaken with the oversight of a Physician or Physical Therapist.
