Our Creed

For the patient, Physical Therapy can be a challenge. With these simple statements, our creed is:

KEEP IT SIMPLE

We believe exercise and rehabilitation needn’t be complex or sophisticated. We believe it more important that patients understand the exercise and perform it well.

KEEP IT PAIN FREE

We believe that Physical Therapy, while pushing at the boundaries of a patients capability, should not necessarily be hurtful. There is a difference between exercise soreness and pain – if you are experiencing pain, consult with your physician and / or physical therapist immediately.

EARN THE PATIENT’S TRUST

We believe that a trusting relationship between patient and therapist is paramount to the success of any program.

GIVE THE PATIENT TIME

We believe that healing comes at different speeds to different patients with different issues. Everyone heals differently – so having exercise training available beyond prescribed times is important to real healing.
