This senior walking exercise video is designed to help senior patients get back their ability to enjoy walking. After some time building back endurance, the patient may extend walks to around the block. If weather is an issue, the mall or even long hallways work well. It should only be undertaken with the oversight of a Physician or Physical Therapist.
